  • What is Track2Ticket?
    Track2Ticket is an application based on Android to manage your tickets (ticket) and keep track of (tracking) all your activities or Crew using GPS from your mobile device.
  • What is Ticket?
    Ticket is record of your work details or your User, include duration of work, driving route, and customer report.
  • What is Track?
    Track is an action to track down your User. You can track the current position of your User, driving route, route history, ticket done, and ticket in progress. In simple sentence is you can track the position of your Users and activity that they did. Beside that, you can see your Timeline.
  • What is it User?
    User is the people that you assign to resolve the Ticket and tracking activities as well as their position.
  • What is Timeline?
    Timeline is your track record or your User. For example, which place you stop and how long you stop in those place.
  • Applications Track2Ticket destined to whom?
    For anyone who wants tracking of a person's ticket and their position. Example Businessperson, group, instance, or companies that want to track their people; they can use Track2Ticket.
  • What kind of device recomended for using Track2Ticket?
    You must have Android device to using Track2Ticket, minimal Android version is 4.1, android 5.0.0 or higher is recommended. Smartphone must support gps, have a camera, suggested internal memory 1 Gb, preferably a 4G connection and works well when running the google play service.
  • What is the requirement to invite someone to become your User?
    You have to know someone's email when you invite them to using the Track2Ticket application and to become your User. We recommend Google account when you invite them.
  • Who is User?
    User is someone who has accepted your request for willing assigned and tracked by you.
  • How to use the Track2Ticket?
    We have summarized how to using Track2Ticket in an article Tutorial. Please read and follow the steps according to the guidelines in each article.
  • Does it require a username?
    Yes, you must have Google account when you log in to the Track2Ticket.
  • Who are the people behind Track2Ticket?
    Track2Ticket built by a team from the AnC division (Application and Content) in PT. Media Antar Nusa .
  • How do I know the people who was I invited have joined in my group?
    You can see User who have accepted track request from Tracking page in the Track menu.
  • Can I see tickets from my every User if I did not created them?
    Yes, you can see any Ticket in every your User, even if you did not create them.
  • Can I see report from each my User?
    Yes, you can see report from User that you choose and with specify time range. The report will be send to your email.
  • Where can I see the ticket that I created?
    You can see the Ticket that you created from History page in menu of Tickets.
  • Should I turn on my Location in my device when using Track2Ticket?
    Yes. You must turning on Location in Android device you're using.
  • Can I untracked when opening the Track2Ticket application?
    To be untracked, you must closing (sign out) Track2Ticket application.
  • What should I do if Track2Ticket application crash?
    Many factors cause the Track2Ticket application become crash such as bugs, too many applications open at the same time, not enough memory on android device you're using,etc. If there is crash, we recommend you to submit crash report by clicking on the Send Report button.
